We are a family run company. Every family member contributes. Lee, the company owner, does the estimating and runs the crew. Titus is a shingler and estimator. Michelle and Taylor do the office work and bookkeeping. Alex focuses on our online presence and other office work. Jamie, who is honorary family, does laboring and some shingling. We keep our company small enough so the owner is always on site.

Spartan Crew Sponsorship

Our ATK team values a healthy lifestyle and leading an active life. That's why we sponsor our employees who decide to take on the Spartan Races or any other physical and healthy sports and charity events.

Many of our crew have completed the spartan sprint 5-8 km, the super 14-16 km, and/or the beast (half marathon). Our brave owner, Lee Kosloff, has also taken on a few of the spartan Ultras (full marathon). On top of this, he has run twice in the Spartan World Ultra Championships in Iceland. It is a 24-hour race where you do as many miles you can, with the minimum being 30 miles. He ran in 2017 with Alex Kosloff and this year alone.

We also have supported Michelle and Taylor in completing the Mudmoiselle to raise funds for the Canadian Cancer Society. We also supported Alex doing the CIBC Run for a Cure.

Finally, we supported the entire team to do the UP CN tower climb to raise funds for the United Way.
